Overall Production Parameters

  • Media preparation executed manually in a mix tank and transferred to a sterilization tank via heat or filter (sterilized)
  • Alternative to do media preparation using XXXXPowder Induction Mixer
    • Shear pump to employ shear forces to break down agglomerates and promote better dispersion.
  • Fermentation technology is aseptic / sterile

    • Glycerol stock or isolation plate
